Do I need to be technical to use the panel?
No. It's built around the handful of things you actually change: text, photos, prices, hours, specials. If it needs a manual, we built it wrong. We'll walk you through it once and you'll have it.
What counts as a loyalty or promo system?
Whatever your counter already does, in code. Punch cards, member pricing, a promo that runs for one weekend. We build it around how you run the place, not the other way around, so tell us the rule you use now.
If I can edit it myself, what's the monthly for?
Hosting, the security certificate, backups, patching, and the changes the panel doesn't cover. A new page, a new system, a rebuild of something that stopped fitting. Anything genuinely bigger gets quoted before we start, not after.
Who owns the code?
The domain is yours from day one. The code is ours until you buy it, starting at $2,200, and stay on a plan for 24 months and that fee goes away. The monthly pays for the work, not for holding your site.
