Most website maintenance plans are a contract you sign to keep a site you already paid for from going dark. Ours is the monthly, and it pays for the work. Hosting, the security certificate, backups, and the changes you send us, for $125 to $350 a month depending on the plan. You can cancel it any month, and the site stays yours when you do.

It does not matter who built the site. If we built it, the monthly starts the day it launches. If someone else built it, send us the address and we take it from there.

Every plan is the same monthly, at a different price for a different size of site. Every one of them includes:

Hosting, so the site is up
The security certificate, so a browser trusts it
Backups, so a bad day is a phone call and not a rebuild
Changes when you need them: new hours, a new price, a new photo, a page that needs a line fixed
A reply within 48 hours when you text us

The monthly is for the work, not for holding your site. That line is on our homepage because it is the whole idea. A website maintenance plan that charges you to keep your own site is a lease. This is not that.

Any builder

Built somewhere else? It still qualifies.

Plenty of owners have a site that works and a builder who has moved on. That site can go on the monthly.

Here is how it goes. Tell us the address and what the business does. We look at what you have. If the site is sound, it goes on a plan and the changes start coming through. If it needs a redesign, or fixes to what Google reads from it, we tell you that before you sign up, and what it costs is printed before you say yes. Nothing gets billed that you did not see coming.

If you want to leave, you leave with your site. That is the test of a maintenance plan, and most of them fail it.

Can I put a site you did not build on a plan?

Yes. Send us the address. If it is in good shape it goes straight on the monthly. If it needs work first, we say so before anything is billed, and the price for that work is printed before you agree to it.

What does the monthly actually cover?

Hosting, the security certificate, backups, and changes. When something on the site needs to change, you send a text and we reply within 48 hours. The three plans differ in the size of site they cover, not in what the monthly includes.

Is this an SEO service?

Not on its own. The monthly keeps the site fast, secure, and correct, including the code that tells Google your hours, address, and category. When a site needs search fixes beyond that, we tell you what they are and what they cost first. We do not promise a ranking position, on any plan.

What happens if I cancel?

The monthly stops, and the site is still yours. The domain was yours from day one. If you want the code too, it starts at $2,200, or it is free after 24 months on a plan.
