Skellywags Club
Built for a streamer with a big personality and followers spread across five platforms: one hub they own, with merch, memberships, and a site that updates itself while they stream.

The problem
Skelly's world lived wherever the platforms put it: videos on one, merch on another, members content behind a third, each with its own rules and its own cut. Fans had to know every door. He wanted one place he owned, where someone could land once and find the videos, the merch, and the members content without leaving.
What we built
A home base that sounds like Skelly, not like a store template wearing his logo. Merch, three membership tiers, and a feed that pulls the latest videos automatically, so the site stays current without anyone touching it. The live schedule sits on the page, and while Skelly streams, viewers can gift merch straight to Twitch chat, which turns watching into buying at the exact moment people most want to.
The Skellywags membership tiers, three plans on the live site. Captured 28 July 2026.
What we decided
3 calls
-
The site speaks Skelly's voice everywhere, down to the error messages.
A creator's brand is the product. A hub in template-speak would cost the thing fans came for.
-
Commerce is wired to the live moment, not parked in a shop tab.
A fan's willingness to buy peaks mid-stream. The gift-to-chat mechanic puts the register where the audience already is.
-
The feed recovers uploads on its own.
A creator site that needs manual updates goes stale in a month. This one can't.
The stack
The site is custom-built; Fourthwall handles the merch and checkout behind it, and the video feed pulls new uploads on its own.
Measured
- Lighthouse performance, mobile
- 44 as of 28 July 2026
- Largest contentful paint, mobile
- 5.1s as of 28 July 2026
The 44 is the live video embeds and the third party checkout, measured and left on the table. A storefront build carries none of that weight.
